Environment Ministers have demanded that the revised National Packaging Covenant (NPC) improve its
performance and set ambitious new targets. NSW and other states will make decisions on extended producer responsibility for several products in 2005.

It’s decision time. What is effective public policy? Issues surrounding Regulation, voluntary programs and product  stewardship will be disscussed.
