Save Mikey's Home
Next Sunday 26 February, join us at a very special rally hosted by the Byles Creek Valley Union and the local community in a bid to save 'Mikey' the Powerful Owl's habitat in beautiful Byles Creek Valley, north-western Sydney. Confirmed speakers include Jeff Angel (Executive Director TEC), David Shoebridge (Greens NSW MLC), Trish Brown (local resident) and Michael Bianchino (personal photographer to Mikey the Powerful Owl).
Following last week's alleged illegal clearing of Mikey's home by developers, the aim of this rally is to urge Hornsby Council and the State Government to protect the pristine bushland of Byles Creek Valley in perpetuity.
